I haven't been able to find a link. The news is nationwide - someone in Virginia saw it too (from pnet)
It was filmed on Tuesday, ran on the Fox 21 News station in Duluth on Tuesday night, and by Wed. it had been picked up by the national news service. So, now it's playing all over the country. Blush.
It was fun taking the reporter out on the water. We all met up at around 10am and got the reporter into a Kokatat drysuit and lifevest, loaned to her from the local Kokatat rep. Thanks, Megan! Then we got out onto the water. Here's the weather history from the photo session:

Joe was paddling a tandem with the reporter riding shotgun. She was filming while he was paddling which proved interesting during the stronger wind gusts. Ann was in the Romany and Nate in the Azul. We paddled 1.25 miles to the break where we filmed the wave action. Then we filmed along the shore to a protected area along cliffs out of the wind. (Map) The reporter interviewed me from the shore for about 30 minutes while Joe, Ann, and Nate drifted around waiting. By the end, we had paddled around 2.5 miles and got off the water at around 1pm. The math says 3 hours of interview = 1:51 minutes of TV. :)
It was really fun and Carrie, the reporter, said it was the most complicated shoot that she'd done. I'm really happy that it turned out and showing it nationally draws attention to our area--my goal in doing it.
You can watch the full video here.
Very cool, at least up until the point when Bryan starts demanding all sorts of strange items in the riders section of his personal appearance contract.
I'm looking forward to seeing the video.
