With its four LED bulbs and three lighting levels, the Petzl Tikka Plus is a multi-dimensional headlamp, suitable for hiking, climbing, caving, sailing or any number of activities that demand the need for additional lighting. In addition to being feature-laden, the Tikka Plus is lightweight, compact and easy to use. A large toggle switch makes the Tikka Plus ultra-easy to operate. The four LED bulbs produce a maximum brightness of 35 Lumens, sufficient to cast light up to 105 feet. Two additional settings allow you to regulate the length of the beam, increasing efficiency and burn time in the process. The lowest, most economical setting on the Tikka Plus throws a beam of 49.2 feet and increases burn time to 150 hours. A fourth setting produces a strobe light for emergency signaling. A hinge on the housing of the lamp enables you to aim the beam where you need it most. The Tikka Plus is powered by three Alkaline AAA batteries (included). With batteries, the Tikka Plus weighs a mere 2.75 ounces. A comfortable, elastic headband allows the Tikka Plus to adjust to fit varied head sizes. The Petzl Tikka Plus is water-resistant and suitable for all-weather use. |

Yes, but what I really want to know is whether or not I can strap six of them to the front of a 12-24 wide angle zoom lens in order to use them as a ring light for taking close up photos of outdoor fashion models. |
