stajanleafs	Alright I finally got some free time and finished editing this so I thought I’d upload and share before I go away for another trip! We explored QEWII PP in early May of this year and this video showcases the area and trip we accomplished. We also added two new camera’s to our gear this year so this was kinda a test to see how multiple angles could work too! Was fiddling around with an intro for this “series” and came up with the one I used rather quickly, thoughts on it? You’ll find 4 other trips on my page too if you’re interested. paddleplacid	Looked to be a nice area, thanks for the video. I can’t imagine though that your two-person canoe carry over the portage would be more comfortable than a one-person carry ,, the guy in the rear looked like he was continually bumping his leg on the hull.

stajanleafs	Belive it or not it was easier, That boat is about 30 years old and weighs roughly 84lbs. Depends on the length but I generally portage overhead if its over 400m because anything below that is quite manageable and you can keep alot of gear in the boat without the hassale of lashing it down. Also on an unused route like this where we had to keep slashing back the undergrowth it made it easy to quickly put down the boat and clear any other obstacles. Each to their own when it comes to portaging, I don’t think my legs minded too much.
