I've seen even more than that offered to employees. Where I work the owner let's the parrents have their kids dropped off from school at work as long as the kids behave and don't cause too much trouble. We've also had employees bring their dogs too.
I am thinking a new career in a warmer climate than northern MN might be in order. I know that would sure make me a lot happier at work. (and all the rest of the time too)
I'm quite fond of being a stay-at-home dad. But it makes me happy to know that not every company out there is only out for the bottom line.
